Abstract (EN)
In today's world where globalization and competition are felt, companies should try to ensure the satisfaction of their employees in order to be successful. This situation of a professionally happy person is reflected both in his social life and in his social life. Therefore, the greatest value of organizations is their people. Regardless of the scale and speed of changes and technological developments, the human needs of organizations will never lose their importance. In organizations where the components of the individual have been so important, there are some criteria that have been used to evaluate the relationships between employees within the organization. The first of these criteria is the organizational justice theory, which measures the attitudes of employees. The other is; It is the organizational citizenship theory that reveals the feelings of belonging and itta of the employees in the organization. In line with these statements, the aim of the research is to explain the organizational justice and organizational citizenship theory, which has a great place for organizations in the organizational literature and accepted as an important determinant of organizational justice, and its relations with organizations. In the first part of the research, organizational justice theory, its scope, definition, theoretical structure and meaning are explained. Organizational justice dimensions, theories, concepts and its relationship with non-organizational variables, past history of organizational justice and its results are explained. In the second part, the main point of the study is the scope, definition, dimensions, theories of organizational citizenship theory, theories similar to organizational citizenship behaviors, phenomena that reveal organizational citizenship behaviors, and the last relationship explained. The relationship between "Citizen Behavior in Organizations" and the justice of these organizations is given. In the third and last part of the study, field research on the connection between perceived justice and citizenship dimensions, difference analysis with the dimensions collected by the survey method, weight analysis, and regression analyzes were applied. As a result of the analyzes carried out, it has been determined that people will exhibit more citizenship events if they think that the aims within the institution they work for and the achieved and achieved are fair.
