Constitutional issues from the Ali Fuad Basgil's perspective (1933-1967)

Ali Fuad Başgil lived in between 1893-1967. He was one of the leading constitutional jurists of his time. Başgil is a scholar who has lived a multi-party life on May 27, with the periods of One Party and Democrat Party. Ali Fuad Başgil has worked on the issue that has never been lost in the Turkish political life such as secularism, constitutional jurisdiction, liberty, human rights, democracy, power, and legitimacy. The issues that were mentioned in the study were taken from the constitutional perspective by leading from the work of Başgil.
