Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, acetate (1), hydraside (2), 1,3,4-oxodiazol (3), semicarbaside (4,6), 1,2,4 triazole (8) and 1,3,4-thiadiazole (7) were synthesized starting from 5,6-dichloro-ethyl-1H-benzymidasole. Schiff base derivates were obtained from reactions with different aldehyde of synthesized hydraside compound. Besides, different heterocyclic compounds were also synthesized by the reactions of hydraside compound with isothiosyanade and isosyanads and following ring closing. Characterize with the help method 1H - 13C NMR and mass spectroscopy synthesized original compounds.
