Abstract (EN)

The Islamic Jurisprudence Academy is an integrated jurisprudential body consisting of a number of scholars of jurisprudence and Sharia from various Islamic countries. The Academy works to discuss Sharia issues and issue fatwas and Islamic legal recommendations. The Academy holds periodic meetings to discuss modern jurisprudential issues and exchange opinions, and Members work to clarify the legal aspects of contemporary issues and provide advice and guidance to Muslims in matters of daily life. The Academy's work aims to enhance understanding and unity among scholars and guide people in legal matters. The Academy is considered a major source of religious advice and guidance for groups and individuals in the world. In addition, the Academy works to spread Sharia awareness and educate the public about the basic principles and values of Islam and its jurisprudence. The Islamic Jurisprudence Academy is an important platform, and the Jurisprudence Academy follows in its approach mechanisms for fatwa and ijtihad, which are considered important matters in Islamic jurisprudence academies. It is concerned with issuing fatwas making legal decisions, and the mechanisms of fatwa and ijtihad differ between different jurisprudential academies, but there are some basic common elements that we mention but are not limited to: Reference: This represents the authority scholars who are referred to for advice and guidance on religious and legal issues. Discussion and consultation: In this step, jurisprudential issues are discussed and opinions and Sharia evidence are exchanged about them, after which the appropriate decision is taken. Ijtihad: consists of extracting legal rulings from recognized legal texts and applying them to contemporary issues. Fatwa: After the jurisprudential process is completed and Sharia decisions are taken, a religious fatwa is issued that carries the answer to the question raised or the Sharia ruling on the issue at hand. These are some of the basic mechanisms that Islamic jurisprudence councils may include in their work. It is important to note that this process may differ slightly from one Islamic complex to another, and there may be some differences in the details and methods used.
