Abstract (EN)

It is plamed to present how to affect hemortdogic parameters while endurance trainings increase performance. It is paid attention that voluntear athletes (18-20 ages) not to have any ilness, not to use regular medicine and not to transmit a disease. About 10 ml blood taken from voluntears in working and control group after 10-12 hours hunger from arm vein between at 9:00-10:00 in the morning is transferred to rostine biochemistry tubes. Same parts of serums taken from blood sample are left to analysis of biochemistry profiles and some parts of serumsa re left to analysis of liver enzymes parameters. Bloods taken to biochemistry tubes for biochemistry are centrifuged during 15 minutes in the spead of 4000 rpm to thrombose after the bods are waited in 30 minutes. And than serums that is left are hiden to analyse after working by frosting at -800c. In the working, the effect on blood hemotology volse by applying the programme of endvance tarining to basketball players is rescarched dring six weeks And these results are gotten in the reserch: While suberdinote rate of athletes is 32±0,7 before exercise, upper rate is 41±2,02, while lawest valve is 35±3,31 before exercise, it is 31±1,84 before exercise, while Albumin volse is 4,65±0,49, after exercise it is 4,95±0,42, while Total Bilirubin is 0,55±0,07 before exercise, efter exercise it is 0,65±0,21, while Glukoz is 76,5±7,07 before exercise, after exercise it is 90,5±3,53, while Bun is 15,42±1,97 before exercise, after exercise it is 14,72±0,98, while Ldh volse of athletes before exercise is 276,5±43,13, after exercise it is 267,5±30,4, while Trigliserid is 227±35,35 before exercise, after exercise it is 167±120,2, while Cholesterol is 183,5±47,37 before exercise, it is 180,5±51,61 after exercise. While Hdl-k is 39±8,48 before exercise, it is 42±4,24 after exercise. While Ldl-k is 121±36,76 before exercise, it is 93±31,81after exercise.While Ca volse of athletes is 9,5±0,28 before exercise, after exercise it is 2,2±0,5, while before exercise , after exercise, it is 139±3,53, while K is 4,46±0,15 before exercise, it is 4,55±0,28 exercise. As a result, these things can beurolenstood: six week endurance training puts in arder liver enzymes ot athletes and it speeds up burning oils, besides, it increases lipit oxidation. İn this term, it is offered that trainers apply to athletes nudrition programmes supported antioxidant and trainers increase performance of athlete by considering individual and envirometal factors Key Words: Basketball, Endurance, Blood, Lipoprotein, Blood
