Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out to determine the reflections of alternative educational approaches to the 2013 preschool education curriculum according to the opinions of preschool teachers and instructors. The study was carried out in the multiple case study pattern, which is one of the qualitative research methods. In this study, the interview form developed by the researcher was used as a data collection instrument. In order to identify the study group, snowball sampling, criterion sampling and convenience sampling, among the purposeful sampling methods, were used. Content analysis and descriptive analysis methods were used among the analysis of the data. According to the results obtained, it has been determined that preschool teachers and instructors have opinions in the dimensions of Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf alternative education approaches examined in the scope of the research;the 2013 preschool education program as in the design, basic objectives, basic principles, teaching plans, learning-teacher process, evaluation of the child and teacher role. According to the teachers and instructors, it was identified that these reflections are not implemented as in the design, and the negativities about the curriculum occur in terms of practice rather than the design of the curriculum. This research is considered to be important in terms of contributing to the program development studies of the Ministry of Education Board of Education and Discipline for pre-school education and shedding light on the new studies to be done on this subject.
