Synthesis of some amino group containing five membered hetero ring compounds and investigations of biological effect

In this study, firstly, cyclocondensation of 1-methyl-1-(phenyl/mesityl/tetralino/thiophene)-3-(2-chloro-1-oxyethyl) cyclobutane with thiourea in ethanol resulted in 4-[1-Methyl-1-(phenyl/mesityl/tetralino/thiophene)-cyclobutane-3-yl]-2-aminothioazole 1a-d. In thesecond step various compounds including ring 5-substituted-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol/thione 2a-h and 1,3,4-thiadiazole 3a-c were synthesized by cyclization ofcorresponding 1,4-disubstituted tiyosemicarbazides from the reaction of some hydrazidecompounds with carbon disulfide and hydrazine. The properties of antimicrobial,antitumor, and antioxidant were determined in vitro media, for all compounds synthesizedin third step.
