Metal production and trade in Early Bronze Age centres in Anatolia

Anatolia is one of the oldest metallurgical regions in the world. Metals and their ores were as if bestowed upon Anatolia in the development of "ProMetal Technology" and played an important role in the development of its technological civilization. The production of bronze, an alloy of copper and tin, in Anatolia and the widespread use of this material is an important stage in metallurgy. In metallurgical bronze technology; arsenic bronze, tin bronze, and zinc alloy technologies have developed gradually. The deliberate production of bronze was only possible in the Early Bronze Age. In this thesis, we will evaluate the metal finds from Anatolian centers in the 3 millennium BC. By dividing the Anatolian geography into sections, we will try to evaluate the production, trade, and use of metal between the regions. Because, as it is known, the Early Bronze Age is accepted as the period when local lords, royal families, or noble families emerged in Anatolia. This situation is mostly attributed to the social wealth and individual wealth parallel to metal production. It will be tried to understand whether there are significant differences in settlements between regions parallel to the production of metal.
