Özet (EN)
Anaerobic microorganisms are the oldest land creatures. They are found everywhere in the intestines of the soil and high organisms and play an important role in human health, ecology and industry. However, the presence of any antibiotics or any other secondary metabolite has not been revealed until recently. Mushroom secondary metabolites (SMs) contain a wide collection of compound. In this respect, the lack of a study of any antimicrobial activities about anaerobic gout fungi makes it important to investigate these creatures. In this opening, the antimicrobial effects of secondary metabolites produced by different AGFs in different energy sources (glucose, fructose and sakarosis) were examined on different days. Pseudomonas aeruginosa (DSM 50071), Enterococcus faecalis (ATCC 29212), Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus (ATCC 25923) and Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), including 4 different pathogenal activities were determined. As a result, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherchia coli can be used as test microorganisms in the determination of metabolites obtained from the aneorobic gout fungus strains used in this study by biological measurement method. In addition, since some substrates participating in the cultural environment produce different metabolites, other test bacteria used in the study can be used to determine the metabolites produced by AGF.
