Sexual violence occurred in the anogenital findings are re-evaluated and classified in particular with the change in imaging technology but there is no sufficient research about anal findings. This study investigated after the sexual violence anal findings and the changes against time. Sexual examination of patients referred to allegations of sexual abuse made with colposcopy, the anal with allegations of sexual abuse, consent to use the data obtained in the scientific study of 222 cases which included to the Forensic Medicine Department of Adnan Menderes University Medical Faculty, between 26.06.2010 and December 2014 period. 222 patients, 154 (69.4%) were female and 68 (30.6%) were male and 60.8% were under the age of 18, a rate of 15.4% of employees paid job. Two or more siblings in the family who recorded to be 92.3%. Earlier of 56.3% was observed in the cases of anal intercourse at least once. In 31.5% of cases (n = 70) acute traumatic anal findings, in 24.8% (n = 55) chronic traumatic anal findings, 10.4% (n = 23) was found to both new and old anal-traumatic symptoms. Event date and the time elapsed between when evaluated with the examination; In cases arriving within the first 72 hours more than 50% for anal findings. 17.6% had a tear in the anal area. According to the clock face tears knee elbow position in cases observed was 6 or 12 hours in line tears rate of 30.8%. 3.2% of patients bruises, abrasions and / or redness of 3.3%, more acute traumatic anal findings were found to be 12.8%.As findings of chronic traumatic anal that fold changes of 5%, 1.4% reflex anal dilatation, multiple chronic traumatic anal findings were found to be 5.9%. In 12.2% of cases (n = 27) were found in the scar. When the knee angle according to the position relative to the anus clock dial scar evaluated 66.7% 6 and / or 12 was detected in line. After ten days of findings in that case detection rate had fallen dramatically to below 20%. The first 72 hours is very valuable for the detection of acute traumatic findings. In this study was found to have great importance that examination in early period after abuse the collection of evidence and in terms of obtaining findings.
