Kindergarten teacher signs of stress in schools, stress sources, the effects of the stress sources, coping with stress and what lived they organizational performance?

The aim of this thesis study is; to determine the pre-school teacher's stress sign at school, to find the source of stress and the way to cope with it, and it's effect on performance are being investigated. This study is a screening model. Likert kind of five point rating scale which was improved by Pehlivan (1993) was used as a data collection. 326 pre-school teacher's are located at central districts of Antalya compose the simple of the study. Data were analyzed using the program SPSS 22. As a result of the research; Related with pre-school teacher's source of stress, occupationel stres creates more stress than individual related stress. Kindergarten teacher's stres is mainly occupational related stres than pre-school teacher's. Psychological stres symptoms like tension, fatigue and sleep desire are mainly observed than physiological stress symptoms. Organizational atress that they hava, has less effect on their performance. They more prefer to search social support to cope with organizational stres than combat the problem. Keywords: Stress, pre-school, teacher
