Abstract (EN)

Organizational commitment affects research assistants' productivity, performance and job satisfaction etc. Within this scope, every kind of study which can contribute to raising organizational commitment of research assistants is evaluated as important for business life. For this purpose, research assistants interaction between organizational support perceptions, organizational commitment levels and the role of research assistant and supervisor relationship an a mediator variable on this study was studied. In accordance with the purpose of this research, it was conducted by quantitative research method. Survey was used as data collection tool. For analyzing the gathered data correlation and regression analyses was used. The effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and mediator effect of leader-member exchange over this process was presented by a research which was conducted in Karadeniz Technical University's research assistants. According to research of this study, leader-member exchange has mediator effect upon this process.
