Abstract (EN)
Land consolidation (EC); it can make the population increase rapidly. Land consolidation, increasing importance, agreement, improvement, has brought up the concept of reliable EC. Accuracy and trust in EC projects. You have to guarantee the right project. Thanks to the Regulation on the Implementation of Agricultural Reform Regarding Lands Regulation in Irrigation Area, it was prepared in two different ways. The differences in methods are impressive in degree maps. In this thesis, one of the ones that designed and used the EC projects was examined by examining, applied on a parcel basis in Tömek rural neighborhood and in its comparisons. A new approach has been developed for the disadvantages of existing methods. New perspective developed. With the existing methods, a new method could be applied in the Çandır rural neighborhood and it was evaluated in terms of its similarity and differentiation.
