Evaluation of armagankoy dam in terms of drinking water quality and determination of heavy metal concentration by AAS

In this study, it is intended to evaluate the Armağan Dam in terms of drinking water quality which is located within the borders of Kırklareli province and used for drinking and irrigation water. 4 (four) stations on Armağanköy Dam and 1 (one) station on Burgazcık Stream which is located on the border of Bulgaria and one of the streams that provides resource to Armağanköy Dam, have been determined and 5 (five) samples have been collected.With 5 samples, between 2021 and 2022, samples are collected respectively in summer, autumn, winter and sipring. In this study, conductivity, dissolved oxygen , pH, organic matter, turbidity, phosphate (PO4), nitrite (NO-2),nitrate, ammonium, Cd, Al, Cu, Ni, Mn, Fe, Na, Pb, Zn, Ca, Mg and K analysis of dam water have been done in terms of drinking water quality. When the results obtained are examined, it has been evaluated as ''High Quality Water'' in terms of drinking water.
