Abstract (EN)

The process of bringing the tree from the cut down place in the forests to the edge of the forest road where it will be transported by trucks is called solvent without splitting. This process is very empowering, expensive and has the highest environmental damage for human beings. Logging for industrial or maintenance purposes, making analyzes to increase the capability of the log loader to load the logs brought close to the roads in the forest land onto another truck. As a result of the analyzes made, it is seen that this issue has an important need. It is planned to manufacture a new log loader project with the support of KOSGEB as an alternative to eliminate these deficiencies. The use of technology in forestry activities is limited. For this, economic, ergonomic and environmental aspects are more important, especially in mountainous terrain. There is a need for a safer, more efficient and economical machine compared to the existing ones. This created the motivation for us to implement the project. The log loading machine (crane) takes its drive from the truck it is attached to. It grabs the cut and pulled log with the grab attachment at the end and loads it to the transport vehicle. In the new design presented, the mechanism used to fix the vehicle to the ground was renewed to be circular rather than vertical. In this way, speed and security conditions were increased. With the skid system on it, the opportunity to reach large areas was provided by moving back and forth on the chassis of the truck. The fact that it is domestic production provided a plus advantage for both economy and reliability. During the modeling, the draft and manufacturing drawing of the solid modeling of the log loader was made with the SolidWorks program. Stress analysis at load was provided with the finite element method of the model with Marc Mentat and Patran programs. Using the finite element method, the resulting analysis results by entering different values for variables such as direction and force were evaluated and interpreted. According to the analysis results, innovations, improvements and improvements were provided and implemented. It was planned to introduce a log loader to the market with many advantages such as wide impact, economy and reliability. With this academic study, a total of 4.5 tons of weight, a daily working capacity of 8 hours and the need for repair have been reduced, etc. Loader with features obtained.
