Abstract (EN)

Nowadays technological innovation developments occur rapidly, fast-paced products and projects which fully meet the requirements of users are being implemented and applied. These products shaping the dynamics of the functional mechanism and sustainability in such sectors as production, health and informatics or becoming a part of our daily needs, have multiple functional structures in accordance with a stack of technologies and the further solving issues. Therefore, the main role of designed products is to have a user-friendly interface. Despite the standards implementation at all stages, the complex structures of products and projects can increase the learning process of the end user and the features applying which are required experience should be carried out under the supervision of a consultant from time to time. This study, on the other hand, focused on increasing the learning speed and comprehension skills and reducing the need for external guides. To solve the mentioned issues were basically used augmented reality technology, user-friendly mobile applications along with developed web management panel. Projects and products to be used as educational guides are defined in mobile applications. Contents, functions and stages are recorded on the relevant guide from the administration panel. After running the application, users will be able to scan the defined products in real time with the help of augmented reality technology and experience their educational guides on the created artificial three-dimensional environment. As the defined set of dots is matched by the software, the application will interact with the user and guide the user for the relevant function. Stages can be edited at the web management panel and it will be possible to create educational guides for more than one product through the listing feature in mobile applications. In this way, it will be in the form of guides that can be integrated with almost all products and projects not for a specific product group or project. As a result, the goal of this platform, which consists of developed mobile applications and web management panel is to save time and outsourcing to increase comprehension and learning skills and provide educational gains for functional sustainability.
