Abstract (EN)
In this research, based on their heart beatings values, work loads and isometrical force rates of workers-who work on production and seeding-afforestation-are defined. In addition also forestry workers composition rates, speeds and the distance they take during work are measured. For this purpose totally at 10 different experiment areas: 8 compartments and a plantation which connected to Artvin Plant Management and a plantation which connected to Ardanuç Plant Management 31 production workers and 30 seeding-afforestation workers are inspected.Depending on the research, when consider the physiologic work loads values, workers in seed-afforestation field are thought to work in "light works" and workers in production fields are thought to work in "Moderate works". When consider to heart beating values both works are thougt "Moderate works?.The values of body mass index in workers? body composition rates are "fat" and fat level of body is "medium" for each group of workers.Especially, as a consequence of differentiations of heart beating levels, forestry workers may have some health problems. Since heart beatings are affected by some factors such as, age, weight, height etc.. tools and machines usage of workers should be adjusted to their physiologic conditions. Thus the work load of workers can be reduced to the low levels.
