Abstract (EN)
Naturally extracted oils from plants have been one of the most effective tools used in traditional therapy for hundreds of years. Natural plant oils, used directly or as part of the mixture, have been an important component in the treatment of many diseases. In our study, the inhibition effects of black seed oil, peppermint oil, lemon oil, castor oil and lavender oil on AChE and BChE enzymes were examined. For this purpose, IC50 values were calculated for these substances which show inhibition effect on enzyme activities.
