Abstract (EN)
Minstrel literature, that is the sub-branch of folk-literature, traces to ozanbaksı traditional before Islam period. With Islam being accepted in Turkish world, Turkish people changet their old believes appropriated to Islam. After Islam, ozanbaksı traditional occured a new type of poet, with religious mysticism thought and the life style. In middle of 15. century period, ozan-baksı started to be called "ashug" in 16. century minstrel literature, that was the product of oral literature, gave the first examples. Minstrel literature lived the best periods, with both the giving products and alot of raising minstrels in 17. and 19. centuries. From past to today, minstrel traditional expanded to many places affected a lot of people's life. Ağrı is a city, where sustains this traditional. Ağrı, that has a rooted history, raised important minstrels, helps us have this traditional today. Âşık Binali Kılıç was one of minstrels who was raised in Ağrı minstrel traditional. Âşık Binali Kılıç has about two thousand poems. He is the important delegate of minstrel traditional. The aim of this work, is to analize the life of Âşık Binali Kılıç, the ard of Âşık Binali Kılıç and his works, and to know his place and imfortence in minstrel traditional of the literature. In work, the qualitative searching method is made use of. Minstrel literature was researched by making literature searching about minstrel, ozan-baksı, minstrel traditional. As to the qualitative searching method, the datas in consequence of the bilateral discussion with source people and the determination in source place were analyzed. The result of work, the life of Âşık Binali Kılıç, (his family, his education, his period in minstrel literature, the master-apprentice relationship, his psedonym, his playing withe, his dream motif, his composed poems and his taking prized, was analyzed.) and in this work, his poems were analyzed, these poems were written in syllabic meter with 11; two hundred and ninety three of them were with four, fiften of them were with five, two of them were with six, twenty seven of them were parallel poems, seven of them were orgument poems according to these three hundred fourty four poems, his minstrel art was tried to occur (his arts were about, the themas of poems, longvage, style of poem, dialect of poems, accents of poems, the literature arts in poems, the types of rhymes in poems) besides, there are some information in this work. These are, the minstrel traditional in Ağrı from past to today, the minstrel articles, the minstrels who joined into articles, the rules of minstrel articles, the places, where the minstrel traditional was lived, the last sitvation of these places. In the port of the result and proposals, the datos were presented and some proposals were given about transfering of minstrel trenditional to next gererations. This propasal is to subport the places, that minstrel traditional performs in a specific day and week. Key Words: Ağrı, Minstrel Traditional, Âşık Binali Kılıç
