Relation of primary employer, sub-employer and practicing problems due to the sub-emloyer regulation

Capitalistic manufacturing system have been developing since its establishment. During this period changes in politic economy and work organization occured Changing one area always affect other areas so work organization is getting different in politic economical means.Our age is age of knowledge and there is a cutting edge between losers and winners. This edge is getting deeper every day and as its result its getting harder to bring an equity. Each society has its needs and its unreal to make general formula which is suitable for everyone. But there is a need to obtain new public contract to face expectations of workers, employers and public. The relationship between workers and employers have to be correctly revised and made applicable in our country.The classic working style in the past had an understanding of small manufactories beside big ones. This understanding was left with globalization and this situation changed the style of employment. There was only one employer and one factory for workers in the past but now employers can make a contract with subemployers to employ their labours. This situation began to multiply and larger number of subemployers and workers took place in the same manufacture. The trend of subemployment brought problem for syndicates which were very powerful and masterful in old classic system. Because subemployment system decrease number of workers in main manufacture and increase it in subemployment. It reduced the power of syndicates because generally workers of subemployment system don?t belong to any workers organization. As time is passing by the mean of subemployer and main employer and their relationships is getting used more frequently in every area. According to new thoughts we started the large research to obtain decisions which will prevent practical problems. There is new formations and opinions every day. That?s why a large research work has to be done on subemployment organization.
