Evaluation of shopping center staff in decent work standards: Lüleburgaz sample

This thesis study examines the working conditions of the only shopping center in the province of Kırklareli in the context of work that is decent works. In this framework, it is shown how the standards of the ILO's decent work for decent works, whichs employment, social security, fundamental rights in the working life and social dialogue in shopping malls. In addition, when hundreds of thousands of people are recruited, the filling of the vacancy in Turkish Literature is important because of the fact that working conditions in shopping malls are taken into consideration. The field study of the thesis introduction to the activities of the Kirklareli in the Lüleburgaz province and the city's only shopping center was realized with a semi-structured in-depth interview technique with 10 people working in various sectors and with different demographic characteristics.
