Abstract (EN)
Landscape sector is a developing sector and its scope is quite wide. The activities of ornamental plant producers, nurseries and garden markets, landscape project firms, project implementation firms, producers and implementers of different landscape materials constitute the inputs and outputs of the sector. Garden Markets is the meeting point of these inputs and outputs with the customer. The thesis aim is, for more thriving and growing city each day in Turkey, qualified and has a wide range of products, easy accessibility, people with adequate physical structure and social reinforcement in a position to answer fully to the needs of this subject is to develop a Garden Market design proposals. In this context, the concept of the garden market is mentioned, Garden Market examined samples from around the world and Turkey, and the observations and findings of the literature review based on the results obtained from the study garden store planning and design principles identified spatial organization is examined and a sample study is provided. At the end of the study; it is a study that can be used by all entrepreneurs or interested in the sector who want to develop activities in this field by using retail sales method and market system in landscape sector. and a garden market design proposal that can be adapted to the terrain, region, need or differences of concept.
