Abstract (EN)

Banks, which are the indicators of economic development, are among the institutions where competition is experienced at the maximum level. Assuming that the desire to stay ahead of the competition, one of the productivity elements, is directly proportional to the satisfaction of the external and internal customer (employees) and job satisfaction with the efficiency, the banks aim to maximize the benefits and to maximize profit maximization. Banks aim to show the necessary sensitivity to their employees, as the organizational culture of the employees is directly related to efficiency and profit thanks to the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research focused on the effects of organizational culture on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among bank employees. The research consists of five parts. In the first part of the research, a general introduction to the subject has been made. In the second part of the research, explanatory literature information about organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment is given. In the third part of the research; analysis of data, scope of research and hypotheses are explained. The results of the survey applied in the field research conducted in the fourth part of the research are given in an annotated way. Finally, in the fifth part of the research; The overall result of the study was explained, the previous studies related to the subject were explained and suggestions were made to the future studies and managers.
