When the item distributions of the sub-dimension of relations with coworkers were examined, it was determined that the most exposed item was the item "Simple jobs that do not require expertise are given to me" (69.8%). It has been observed that there is a moderate and negative relationship between job performance scores and mobbing's threat and harassment, interference with private life, work commitment, and co-worker subdimension scores, and a high and negative statistically significant relationship between work and career scores. According to the results of the multiple regression analysis, it was found that the mobbing sub-dimensions explained approximately 87.4% of the job performance and that the inhibition scores related to work and career in the model had a statistically significant effect on the job performance scores.
