Abstract (EN)

It includes an introduction to the use of sports psychology specialists in sports in general and basketball in particular, as well as the use of (laboratory) psychology as well as learning and problem and equipment. In other words, the use of sports psychology devices and modern medical devices and the non-use of modern technologies (muscle relaxation, deep breathing, mental visualization, yoga, massage, ... etc.). In addition to the international preparation, there was also the psychological preparation to reduce the anxiety and psychological pressure that the player is exposed to before the match. Release of research: 1- To design a proposed device to select some variable variables (sweat gland activity and limb temperature (hand)). 2- Introduces the anxiety of first-year basketball players by measuring some pre-match variables (blood pressure, heart rate, sweat gland activity and extremity (hand) temperatures). 3- In order to reduce anxiety in first-class basketball players, the relaxation program file and is shown. 4- The amount of reducing relaxation applied in first-class basketball players is determined. 4- The amount of reducing relaxation applied in first-class basketball players is determined. Research hypotheses included: 1- There is no significant difference between normal state in the measurement of physiological variables (blood pressure rate, pulse rate, sweat gland activity, temperature of extremities (hand)), and also checking the pre-match status of the player for the two experimental and control groups. 2- In the sample of the pre-match experimental group, no significant difference was observed in the measurements of the massage variables (blood pressure rate, heart rate, sweat gland activity, limb temperature (hand) measurement) before and after the relaxation program. 3- There was no significant difference in the measurements of physiological variables (blood pressure rate, heart rate, sweat gland activity, limb temperature (hand) measurement) between the two groups (experimental, control, pre-facilitation and after applying the psychological sedation program. The researcher used the experimental method and the sample of the research consisted of football players (34) from Peshmerge Sports Club and Erbil Sports Club. Since (5) players from Erbil Club did not participate in the first-class basketball tournament, (7) players from the Peshmerga Club were dismissed. The athlete represented the sample of the exploratory experiment, then the remaining sample was divided into two groups (experimental and control), and they showed that they were equal because they were equal. There were (11) players in each group
