Abstract (EN)
In this study, phytoplankton, epilithic algae and some physicochemical parameters of Batlama Stream were studied between June 2013 and May 2014. A total of 55 taxa were identified belonging to divisio of Ochrophyta (49 taxa), Euglenozoa (2 taxa), Charophyta (2 taxa), Chlorophyta (1 taxa) and Cyanobacteria (1 taxa) in the phytoplankton of Batlama Stream. A total of 90 taxa were identified belonging to divisio of Ochrophyta (80 taxa), Euglenozoa (3 taxa), Cyanobacteria (3 taxa), Charophyta (2 taxa) and Chlorophyta (2 taxa) on epilithic algae of Batlama Stream. Ochrophyta members were rich in species diversity and intensity in the algal flora of Batlama Stream. Total organisms decreased their numbers during the months of high rainfall. The amount of chlorophyll-a showed usually similar values to the density of the phytoplankton in both phytoplankton and epilithic flora. Cluster analysis, Shannon-Weaver diversity and evenness and MDS were applied on phytoplankton and epilithic flora. The results of Cluster analysis supported the values determined.
