Mammal biodiversity of Batman province

The wildlife mammal species which were distributed in different cover all habitats of Batman province were investigated between 2016-2018, and the factors that threaten the populations of the species were determined. The land studies were carried out in 169 localities for 40 days. A total of 33 mammal species belonging to 16 families have been identified as a result of land and literature studies. While 26 of these species were observed directly, 7 of them were not determined.
