Some eu in the countrys of applied disabled sports policies economic, social and project-based comparison with turkey

The aim of this study is to perform comparison of Turkey with the EU sports policy for the disabled. It is known that disability sports begin with the effects of the viewpoint created by the development of humanist movements in Europe. The birth and development of disabled games worldwide began with games organized by European countries. For this reason, samples of disabled sports such as Germany, France, England, Holland and Belgium have been set up in countries that have participated in games from the outset and have been established in the EU. Some EU countries with the economic policies of Turkey's disabled sports, and we made a comparison based social research project is designed as a qualitative study using document analysis method. Because disability sports have become increasingly important and become an important part of the lives of people with disabilities, we have been compared with EU countries to determine the extent of development in our country. The EU's disability and sports-related documents were taken from Eurostat, the EU statistical agency, and reports from the European Commission. In addition, countries are provided with up-to-date information on the web pages of disabled sports federations. Data on the participation and achievements of countries in the Paralympic Games were obtained from the IPC's historical archive. According to the research result, disability sports in Europe are far ahead of our country in terms of achievement and participatory qualities. However, the achievements in the games made in 2017, particularly in the Deafolimpik Games, amputee football and athletics, are indicative of the development of our country in the field. Applications of disabled sports in Turkey with the European countries are similar in many areas of policy implementation. However, many field deficiencies have been identified in terms of implementation.
