Abstract (EN)
In this study, suspended organic liquid fertilizer production using Ulva sp., Cystoseira sp., Corallina sp. macroalgae and investigated the efficiency of this fertilizer on bean plant (Phaseolus vulgaris). Algae is collected in appropriate circumstances in May and June from Giresun coastline, washed to remove epifits, sediment and another organic matter several times with sea water. These algae moved to the laboratory in polyethylene bags. Next step, washed again with tap water samples were stored at room temperature for 1 day to remove salt and impurities. Cleaning algae, hot water in a ratio of 1:1 with distilled water and was extracted for 1 hour after cut into 1-3 cm long. This procedure allowed to cool to room temperature after the samples by filtration. The cooled samples suspended in filtered and is ready for use (No. 41 Whatman). Suspending the suspending liquid organic fertilizer (Ulva lactuca, Cystoseira barbata, Corallina elongata) obtained by the mixing ratio of 1:1:1, %1, , %5, %10, %15, %20, %25, %30 water dose rate were prepared. A control group of 9 formed with a chemical group. Each group was repeated three times. Phaseolus vulgaris plants from the soil first, then 3 times a foliar fertilizer, application is made. 9 weeks of the trial period, which continued to pots in the greenhouse. One Way ANOVA using SPSS program data are obtained by the method have been tested. According to the findings from the research bean yield significant differences between the groups (p <0.05), relapse differences between the insignificant (p> 0.05). In addition, all fertilizer doses (%1 and 25% excluded) gave better results when compared with the control and chemical fertilizers.
