Abstract (EN)

In this study, a series hidrazone compounds synthesized that have found widespread application in medicine, technology and chemistry. 2-[(2E)-2-(2-chloro-6fluorobenzylidene)hydrazinyl]pyridine [a=3,9415(3)Å, b=22,8712(19)Å, c=12,3809(10)Å, β=95,149(4)°, monoclinic, P 21/n], 2-[(2E)-2-(5-chloro-2-fluorobenzylidene)hydrazinyl]pyridine [a=11,8222(8)Å, b=4,7404(3)Å, c=21,0673(16)Å, β=102,220(5)º, monoclinic, P 21/c], 2-[(2E)-2-(3-chloro-2-fluorobenzylidene)hydrazinyl]pyridine [a=8,6023(2)Å, b=6,42240(10)Å, c=21,0415(5)Å, β=98,8990(10)º, monoclinic, P 21/c],2-[(2E)-2-(3-chloro-4-fluorobenzylidene)hydrazinyl]pyridine [a=5,0964(5)Å, b=10,1512(7)Å, c=11,4388(9)Å, α=105,042(5)°, β=99,652(6)°, γ=91,063(5)º, triclinic, P "1" ̅], 2-[(2E)-2-(2-chloro-4-fluorobenzylidene)hydrazinyl]pyridine [a=12,2031(10)Å, b=3,8727(3)Å, c=23,0637(19)Å, β=92,285(4)°, monoclinic, P 21/c], 2-[(2E)-2-(4-chloro-3-fluorobenzylidene)hydrazinyl]pyridine [a=4,6721(6)Å, b=10,3141(12)Å, c=23,763(3)Å, β=93,140(6)°, monoclinic, P 21/c], 2-[(2E)-2-(4-chloro-2-fluorobenzylidene)hydrazinyl]pyridine [a=5,4814(7) Å, b=18,720(3) Å, c=11,2405(15) Å, β=100,430(8)°, monoclinic, P 21/c]crystals have been determined by x-raydiffraction method. Diffraction data used for structure anlaysis were collected on an Bruker Smart Breeze difractometer. An absorbtion correction based on multi-scan method was applied to collected data. The crystal structures have been solved by using direct methods with the program SHELXS-97 and refined by using least squares refinement with the program SHELXL-2013. The state of the molecule in the unit cell, intermolecular interactions and hydrogen bonding geometries were determined by PLATON. The figures of molecules and chemical diagrams were drawn by ChemSketch and ORTEPIII programs. Keywords : Hydrazone, X-ray, Diffraction, Crystal structure determination
