Abstract (EN)
This thesis aims to synthesize some sesamol-acetophenone hybrid molecules based on the biological and synthetic properties of sesamol and its derivatives, as well as acetophenone. These molecules were then synthesized using molecular coupling. Initially, sesamol-acetophenone hybrid molecules were synthesized using phenacyl bromide under reflux for 5-6 days, yielding hybrid molecules 2-6. The synthesis was then purified by molecular column chromatography and crystallization. Following the synthesis of sesamol-acetophenone hybrid molecules 2-6, their effects on the cholinergic receptors AChE and BChE were investigated. In silico inhibition studies of these molecules will then be conducted.
