Abstract (EN)
In this thesis; a hybrid detection system was designed by potentiometric flow cells based on composite pH sensitive sensor combining with conductivity detectors as well as simultaneous detectors in the dual ion chromatography system. Optimum chromatographic parameters (eluent composition, flow rate, column, temperature, time, flow cell etc.) have been studied in detail. 1.0 mM Na2CO3 solution at 1.0 mL/min flow rate and 20 mM methanesulfonic acid solution at 0.5 mL/min flow rate were used as the eluents in the anion and cation separation systems, respectively. Simultaneous conductometric-potentiometric hybrid analysis method has been developed for accurate, fast, reproducible and economical determinations of anions (fluoride, bromate, chloride, nitrite, bromide, nitrate, phosphate, sulfate, oxalate, fumarate) and cations (lithium, sodium, ammonium, potassium, magnesium and calcium). Real sample analyzes have been successfully performed in some water, plant and soil samples. The paired t-tests were performed for the statistical treatment of optained data.
