Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, detailed photometric analyzes of the QQ Boo and V342 Dra binary systems covering the W UMa type were performed for the first time. The observations of the target stars were carried out in 2013 with the İST60 telescope at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Astrophysics Research Center and Ulupınar Observatory, which was supported by Istanbul University Scientific Research Projects Executive Secretariat Project No. 3685. The results obtained in this study can be expressed as follows: 1. New times of minima and light elements were obtained from photometric analysis of observations of QQ Boo and V342 Dra systems 2.The physical parameters of the systems were derived from the light curve solution. 3. Based on 56 W-subtype W UMa type system data from previous studies, a correlation (a, p) was found between the semi-major axis and the period. 4. Absolute parameters were obtained by accepting this empirical (a, p) relation approach correctly
