Abstract (EN)

In this research, which examined the relationship between the attitudes of physical education teachers towards information sharing and their professional self-efficacy, the differences were investigated according to the variables of gender, age, institution, educational status and time spent in the profession. The research population in the 2018-2019 academic year 30 345 physical education teachers working in Turkey, the sample group consisted of 416 physical education teachers. The data of the research; It was obtained with Personal Information Form, Attitude Toward Information Sharing Scale, Teacher Self-efficacy Perception Scale. It was analyzed using SPSS 21 package program. The significance level was accepted as p <0.05 in the analysis. The normality analysis of the data was done by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and it was determined that it did not show normal distribution. Mann-Whitney U Test in comparison of physical education teachers' attitudes towards knowledge sharing and self-efficacy beliefs by gender, institution they work for; Kruskal-Wallis Test was used to compare the age, time spent in teaching profession and educational status. Whether there is a significant relationship between physical education teachers' attitudes towards knowledge sharing and self-efficacy beliefs was analyzed with Spearman Correlation Test. According to the results of the research, there is a negative relationship between physical education teachers 'knowledge sharing and teachers' self-efficacy perceptions. Physical education teachers with a high level of professional self-efficacy perception develop a negative attitude towards information sharing.
