The universe of the research consists of physical education and sports teachers working in the central and district schools affiliated to the Bingöl Provincial Directorate of National Education. A total of 140 teachers, including 29 females and 111 males, voluntarily participated in the study. A questionnaire method was used as the data collection tool in our research. The questionnaire consists of four sections and a total of 54 questions. The first section includes 6 statements related to demographic variables. The second section consists of a "Healthy Eating Attitude Scale" consisting of 21 statements, the third section consists of a "Physical Activity Habit Questionnaire" consisting of 23 statements, and the fourth section consists of an "Job Performance Scale" consisting of 4 statements. Spearman correlation test was applied to determine the relationship between teachers' attitudes towards healthy eating, physical activity habits, and job performance dimensions. Skewness and Kurtosis tests were initially examined to determine the relationship between attitude towards healthy eating, physical activity habits, and job performance sub-dimensions with some demographic variables, and according to the test results, Mann Whitney-U tests were applied for comparisons of independent binary groups and Kruskal Wallis tests were applied for comparisons of independent multiple groups. In case of differences between independent multiple variables, Mann Whitney-U test was used to determine from which group or groups this difference originated. In addition, regression analysis was used to examine the relationships between variables in a comprehensive manner. The results were evaluated at a significance level of p <0.05 with a confidence interval of 95%. IBM SPSS Statistics 22 package program was used for data evaluation. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the attitudes towards healthy eating and physical activity habits of BES teachers positively affect their job performance. It is also concluded that this could indirectly increase variables such as work efficiency, work motivation, etc., along with teachers' job performance.
