In the study, convenience sampling was preferred. Data were collected by contacting 115 of 356 food and beverage establishments in Manisa. The data were analyzed by IBM SPSS AMOS 22.0 software and Smart PLS3 package program. The findings of the study show that human capital has a statistically significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and restaurant performance. In addition, social capital has a statistically significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and restaurant performance.
