The findings of the study show that human capital has a statistically significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and restaurant performance. In addition, social capital has a statistically significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and restaurant performance. However, self-efficacy has no effect on restaurant performance. The findings were compared with the existing literature and academic and practical suggestions were made.
