Raising the quality of life of the place, a more effective fight against crime and keeping guilt of the criminal case and will give rise to a reasonable level predicts a more livable environment. Crime and delinquency beginning to achieve this is to come to understand better.World's criminal cases are tried to take control of the various studies conducted in various places, crime prevention strategies are being developed to reduce crime. Results of studies with accurate analysis and evaluation will occur is not very difficult to create the society we dream of. Rapidly changing place in the world is rapidly changing, people places, and emerges as one of the effects of this change in crime and delinquency. In return for this change in our country, especially in the secondary along with urbanization, heterogeneous and has created an environment where people are alienated, that facilitate the housing of criminal mechanism, which brought about the cultural decadence, economic, legal, crime trends as a result of social pressure and lack are triggered. In this study, Bilecik Central District is aimed to study the phenomenon of crime in the countryside. The study was conducted in rural areas of criminality, especially taking into account the data of the Provincial Gendarmerie Command in the five-year period from 2010-2014. The study dealt with all of the classification of crime, type of crime that comes to the fore in the countryside, places the focus has been examined. As a result of the Central District countryside against persons and crimes against property crimes order of classification, it appears that the industry functions concentrated in the areas of road and be at the forefront of the network. The spatial properties of the concentrations to ensure a better understanding of the crime and the prevention of crime, this study will contribute to strengthen the security perception in the countryside and ensuring security.Bilecik Central District crime and delinquency in rural addressing thesis consists of six chapters. In the entry of the study made on criminal concepts.In the first part of the study; the aim of this study was focused on the scope and limitations.In the second part of the study; collection of data has been provided to explain the sources and processes.In the third chapter; crime dealt with at a glance is given to various opinions.In the fourth part of the study; Bilecik Central District discussed urban and rural crime in the countryside, spatial sense, has been examined to the fore, we have tried to analyze the crime. In the fifth part of the study dealt with crime in rural Bilecik Central District, crimes come to the fore years, months, days and hours were examined according to the distributions made , it has tried to put forward in relation venue crime .As a result of the study it was conducted to evaluate the overall rural crime.
