Abstract (EN)
Rapid developments in technology in recent years has affected people's lives in many ways. Today, almost no speed as well as the convenience brought by technology that we miss the violence inherent in humanity has created new concepts, such as changing the names of the concept of discord and violence. The use of the individual or group information and communication technologies to harm other individuals revealed the concept of cyber-bullying. Training we trained for the use of technology tools in our lives almost head on, to what extent are discussed to be effective in coping with this concept. To use technology not only to have enough information about it. In addition, self-efficacy of the individual to apply this information is extremely important. Self-efficacy is "the individual's own judgment on whether the capacity to successfully organize the activities required to show a certain performance" is defined. The rapid spread of cyber-bullying situation has become a social problem affecting people's lives in a negative way. One of the most important factor in coping with cyber bullying is the awareness on the concept of the individual. Cyber bullying awareness, "the internet, mobile phone, such as cyber tools to use to stay away from behaviors that may lead to exposure to bullying behavior during, be aware of the threat this kind and to take measures, attention to high retention behavior for noticing stimuli could pose a threat" is defined. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between cyber-bullying that play the most important role in society for the prevention of state ICT teachers of computer self-efficacy with cyberbullying sensitivities. The research population, Computer and Instructional Technology Education in our country constitutes studying teachers in the department. The study sample, Istanbul studying at university in the province of 6 202 (57.4%) were female, and 150 (42.6%) consisted of a total of 352 male teachers. The personal information questionnaire developed by the researcher for the collection of data in the research, Tanrıkulu, Kınay and Arıcak (2011) developed by Cyber Bullying Awareness scale and Aşkar and Umay (2001) Computer self-efficacy perception developed by the scale is used. Two groups, the difference between the t-test to evaluate the data, in case of more than two groups of comparison between groups of parameters Unidirectional (One way) ANOVA test and identify the group that caused the differences in the Tukey post hoc test was used. The relationship between the dependent and independent variables, Pearson correlation, the effect was tested by regression analysis. The findings were evaluated at 5% level of significance at 95% confidence interval. As a result of the study, a statistically significant relationship between self-efficacy in terms of cyber-bullying awareness has been found on the computer. Computer self-efficacy perception of increased awareness of cyber bullying is increasing.
