Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effect of plant growth regulator rhizobacteria (Pseudomonas putida) prepared with different mixing ratios on the retention success of tubular oak seedlings was studied. 1+0 years old sessile oak (Quercus petraea L.) saplings grown in open field conditions in the Oruçlu Village, which is located in the Olive Grove Chief Office, were also applied. In the study, 4 different mixing ratios (1/5, 1/10, 1/20 and control) were tried to determine how some morphological characteristics change according to the tube saplings. Morphological sapling characters such as sapling length, root throat diameter and sapling survival percentages were used as morphological quality criteria. At the end of the study, it was determined that there is a difference between the sapling heights according to the results of the analysis of variance regarding the sapling heights during the planting. According to the results of the analysis of variance on the sapling heights at the end of a vegetation period from planting seedlings, it was determined that there is a difference between sapling heights. As a result of Duncan test, it was determined that the seedlings applied with control saplings at the rate of 1/5 had the best sapling size. It was determined that there was no significant difference between the root throat diameters of the seedlings during planting. At the end of the vegetation period, it was determined that there was a difference between the sapling root throat diameters according to the results of the analysis of variance regarding the root throat diameters of the seedlings. While the best survival percentage (78,3%) was obtained for the seedlings applied with plant growth regulator rhizobacteria (PGPR) at 1/5 rate, the lowest survival percentage (64,3%) was determined for the seedlings treated with PGPR at 1/5 rate.
