Abstract (EN)

In recent years, research has focused on yield analysis, mutant plant investigations, prosthesis development, zero-gravity environments, and the effects of different planets on plants. Interactions within the plant flora network are being studied using small-scale samples. Thus, non-destructive methods for sensitive plant response detection are being developed. These research efforts are the focal point of various disciplines in literature and industry, regarding plant signaling diversity. High-precision measurement of plant electro-potentials requires identifying and minimizing unwanted factors, both internal and external. This ensures accurate detection and analysis of fundamental signals. Factors like electrodes, cables, and measurement circuits need to be minimized for direct and indirect effects. Additionally, minimizing the influence of electrical property changes on the measurement surface is crucial. This study investigates the differentiation of electrostatic effects from plant electro-potentials, filtering techniques, measurement circuits, data acquisition, and real-time visualization within existing literature. It also compares and discusses different electrode types (Au, AgCl patch, Cu, CuNi, steel) and a novel plant surface electro-potential detection method. This foundational study serves as a basis for research and practical applications related to early detection, analysis, stress factor monitoring, tracking stress-induced responses, and maximizing efficiency.
