Abstract (EN)
In this study, sensor was developed by three different methods for dopamine determination. Dopamine plays an important role in the brain processes controlling emotion and movement. As the first prepared sensor system, 3-APBA modified CuO, ZnO and CuO-ZnO composite nanofibers coated with Quartz Crystal microbalance QCM electrode system were used for determination of dopamine. In this wise, the dopamine determination was carried out by utilizing the mass change on the sensor surface. As the second method, a molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) -based potentiometric sensors have been developed. For this purpose, dopamine imprinted polymer was prepared. These surfaces were analyzed as the recognition layer of the potentiometric sensor system. Analysis was made using the resulting potential change. As a third method, 3-APBA ligand immobilized on the modified chip surfaces with CMD has developed a sensor system based on reflectometric interference spectroscopy (RIfS). The LOD values calculated for the obtained analyzes were found as 2x10-11 M; 3,86 x 10-10 M; 6,5x10-10 M for QCM, Potentiometric sensor and RIfS respectively.
