Abstract (EN)
This thesis study consist of three parts. Fisrtly, the chalcones were obtained by direct condensation by the aromatic aldehydes and the substituted acetophenone, using 40% sodium hydroxide as catalyst in ethanol. Secondly, cyclization of different chalcones with thiosemicarbazide under basic condition leads to the formation of pyrazole derivatives containing thiourea skeleton. The pyrazole derivatives were synthesized also using microwave method and were compared the yield of products. Structure of synthesized compounds were assigned by spectroscopic techniques. In the last part of the work, the carbonic anhydrase enzyme inhibition activity investigated for chalcone and pyrazole derivatives.
