Ergonomic analysis of working conditions in the office of the office: Adıyaman municipality sample

Ergonomics, which forms the cornerstones of human-based work organization, enables the determination of the necessary conditions for the harmony of the work to the human. In public institutions, especially in office workers, working conditions are of great importance in terms of work efficiency. In this study, it is aimed to find out whether the employees working in the office environment are working in accordance with the ergonomic conditions in the working environment, and when the negative conditions are determined, to reveal the reasons that cause this situation and to conduct research on the subject in this direction. In line with these objectives, a questionnaire was applied to 100 people working in the office of 4 directorates in Adıyaman Municipality. Descriptive statistics were analyzed by using frequency analysis, One Way Anova test, T test and Chi Square test analysis techniques with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Thus, the demographic structure data of the employees have been reached, and the perspectives of physical environment in the working environment, the awareness of electromagnetic radiation, whether there are any diseases or complaints of the employees, and the importance of occupational health and safety culture have been measured. That measurements obtained comparing each other ıt was evaluated. Suggestions were made for negative results.
