Abstract (EN)
That tourism sector depends on profound desire and the offered service varies by the expectation levels and perception of the guests increases the value of human factor when compared to other sectors. In this sense, the goal of this study is to identify business assets of the employees working in five-star thermal hotel establishments located in Afyonkarahisar and prove the effect of these perceptions on organizational citizenship behavior. Questionnaire technique has been used as data collection method in this study. Eight five-star hotel employees constitute the core of the study. Independent Samples t Test has been used for two independent groups and One Way Anova has been used for more than two groups when business asset perception of the employees working in thermal hotel establishments (who stand in Sample group) and their organizational citizenship behaviors related to their individual traits are compared with each other. The relationships between business asset perceptions and organizational citizenship behaviors of the employees working in the study have been sorted out through Pearson Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. As a result of the study, according to correlation analysis results performed to identify the effect of business asset perception of the employees working in thermal hotel establishments on organizational citizenship behavior, it is understood that there is a positive and considerably high level of correlation (r= 0,740) between two variables. Further, in the consequence of applied Regression Analysis, it?s been well seen that business asset perceptions of the employees have considerable impacts on the organizational citizenship behaviors. In this context, main hypothesis of this study, the ?There is a meaningful (significant) impact of business asset perception of the employees working in five-star thermal hotel establishments on organizational citizenship behavior? hypothesis has been supportively accepted.
