Analysis of pharmacy opinions about the behavior models of the employees

The main purpose of this study is to determine the behavioral models of employees working in pharmacies operating in the province of Elazig and to determine how they should behave according to the opinions of pharmacy pharmacists.For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to a total of 91 pharmacists operating in the city center of Elazığ. The data obtained from the questionnaires were evaluated by transferring them to the SPSS package program. Pharmacists give importance to the dignity of the profession of pharmacy workers, attach importance to pharmacy cleanliness, be respectful, be friendly, communicate well with people, be patient, be responsible, be honest, have responsibility for accountability, be able to work in teams and attach importance to personal cleanliness. while participating in professional competencies such as; On the other hand, they showed a lower level of participation in the competencies of being a perfectionist and being persistent than the other competencies. The opinions of pharmacists on the competencies of being fast, being organized and being careful differed significantly according to the gender variable; that their views on the competency of being honest differ significantly according to marital status and age variables; On the other hand, it has been determined that the opinions on the competency of being impartial differ significantly according to the variables of working time in the sector and working time in existing pharmacies, and there is no significant difference between other types of competencies and the demographic characteristics of the employees. As a result of the research, it has been determined that pharmacists operating in the province of Elazığ expect their support personnel in their pharmacies to attach importance to their Professional dignity, to be impartial, honest, self-confident, fast, respectful, smiling and careful, to be able to communicate effectively with their colleagues and customers, to be aware of their responsibilities and to be able to work as a team.
