Abstract (EN)

This study aims to investigate the relationship between the employees' burnout perception and organizational citizenship behavior. When the literature is examined, it is seen that many studies have been done on the subject of burnout perception and organizational citizenship behavior. However, the number of studies involving both of them is relatively poor. It is thought that this research will contribute to the elimination of this deficiency in the literature. The sample of the study consists of 431 employees and mid-level managers working in automotive industry in Aksaray Organized Industrial Zone. The obtained data were analyzed by using Pearson's correlation, multiple linear regression and t-test analysis. According to the findings, a negative relationship observed between burnout perception and organizational citizenship behavior. The level of organizational citizenship behavior was observed to be high in employees with low level of burnout perception. With this study, the results that will contribute to the literature were obtained and proposals have been made for future research.
