Abstract (EN)
Organizations which would like to make sustainable their existence nowadays, should adapt their management systems to changing and developing environmental conditions on the one hand, to overcome their competitors and to create value added for their customers, and should also satisfy their employees on the other hand. Enterprises whose employees are satisfied, would always precede other enterprises through the quality of their products and presentation, and would therefore gain reputation. Importance attached by employees to any enterprise is very important concerning the reputation gained and the sustainability of this reputation. This study is conducted to contribute to other studies done in the field of corporate reputation and labor psychology and to examine relations among corporate reputation and stress, mobbing, motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction Keywords: Corporate Reputation, Mobbing, Stress, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction.
