Abstract (EN)
This study was prepared for experimantal research effects of glass-fibre on mechanical properties of recycled polyamid 6.6. On forming of composit materials, polyamid 6.6 plastic was used as matrix material, type E glass-fibre was used as reinforcing material. Contents of glass-fibre are determined as %7,5, %15, %22,5 and %30. Granul method was choosen for production of composit raw material, plastic injection method was choosen for production of experiment samples and tension and impact experiments were choosen for experimental research. Recycling operation applied on this research contains to break materials produced on plastic injection and to produce granül raw material from materials which were broken again. Materials were recycled three times. Four different material groups were created; raw material, recycled only one time, recycled two times, recycled three times. Glass fiber reinforcing was applied to these four different groups as four different contents and twenty samples were generated. Twenty samples were produced on plastic injection machines in Nurlu Makine firm and tension and impact tests were applied to 20 different samples on experiments which performed in laboratories of same firm. According to the experimental study, positive effects of glass fibes on all of material groups were observed and these effects were analysed percentally based on results of each orginal material groups. On this analysis result, the most effective contents were determined for each material group and effects of glass fiber reinforcing on tensile strength, impact strength and strain failure of material were presented.
