Abstract (EN)
In this study, tests that were done before and existing test results of T-sliced beams, the number of anchorages that are on glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) strips sticked on surfaces, effects of shearing beams strength are investigated analytically. Accordingly, reinforced concrete beams existing laboratory results are modelled with ABAQUS/CAE finite element method. Finite element method is applied. Concrete Damaged Plasticity (CDP) concrete damage model is used as a concrete model. Nonlinear analysis of these models are done. Classical Metal Plasticity (CMP) Model is used as a reinforcement steel. Comparing the valuses of force displacement graphics achieved from laboratory tests that are done before, and results of analysis is supplied. 5 models are prepared. Model-1 a strong reference component whose shearing reinforcement is sufficient. Model-2 a weak reference component whose shearing reinforcement is sufficient. The shearing reinforcement ratio that is used for the Model-3, Model-4 and Model-5 that is strengthening is the same with Model-2. The only variable that applied on GFRP strips is the anchorage number for Model-3, Model-4 and Model-5, that uses the same GFRP strips. For Model-3, Model-4 and Model-5 that have the same shearing reinforcement and use the same GFRP strip; 2, 3 and 4 anchorage bolt from beam surfaces interrelatedly montaged. While for Model-1, Model-3, Model-4 and Model-5, intimate results are provided, for Model-2 increasing load value with displacement value is located that they increase according to test results. It is thought that this situation is related with Model-2 is insufficient to shearing and Model-2 do not have any strengthening reinforcement. Without applying major loads in Model-2 is showed big displacement. It is seen in the load value of analysis results that shearing strength increases with the increase in the number of anchorage.
