Özet (EN)

There are alternative types of analysis for the design and evaluation phases of the structures in different software programs. Which to use different analysis methods and correct interpretation of the obtained results add meaning to structure analyses. Within the scope of this study, different analysis types included in a selected software program were taken into consideration. Two different steel structures were selected as examples for this purpose. Both sample buildings selected were considered as reference buildings. Different types of analyses were performed using different variables. Parameters that directly affect earthquake calculations were taken into consideration in the selection of variables. When evaluating static pushover and static adaptive pushover analyses as a group, analyses in the time-history were defined as other group analyses. The main purpose of the study is to reveal the relationship between the two group analyses in steel structures. For the first group analysis number of storey, height of storey, soft/weak storey, ground storey height, short column, irregularity in the plan, peak-slope effect and floor type were selected as variable. For the second group analysis the height of storey, different earthquake registers and ground storey height parameters were selected as variables. In the study also were carried out the eigenvalue analyses for the two structures examined. It has been tried to put forward how each variable affects structural calculations. The results were compared and interpreted.
